Monday night working on side kick as a counterattack after an outside defense against a punch coming from the side. The side kick is a powerful kick; possible targets are the ribs, the knee, the groin or even the head. Keeping good control of the balance is very important. Another great training session. Side kicks require flexibility, that is why I find it very good that every class at KMG Japan also includes fitness, flexibility and strength training. Keep the good work going! kida
