Friday 4 students passed their second level test. It was 3 hours of intensive practice; including a lots of punches and kicks toward all directions, defenses against attacks coming from all sides and defenses against kicks.
These students started Krav Maga about 9 months ago and have been training at least 3 hours per week since. It is quite impressive to see how much changes regular Krav Maga training can bring to your body, your coordination and fluidity of movement, your strength and flexibility.
Next level test shall be in about 5 months. Good work guys! Keep training hard!
Saturday and Sunday 9 and 10 of July we organized a week end seminar in Yokohama to practice all the first and second level technics of KMG curriculum. We trained 5 hours on Saturday and 5 hours on Sunday under a bridge which protected us for the rain and the sun. Such week end is the opportunity to review the technics in order to prepare for the level tests, and also it is the chance to spend time with Krav Maga friends in a different environment the this usual training studio. Great work everyone!
