KRAV MAGA GLOBALIsraeli Krav MagaKrav Maga Global Japan (KMG Japan) is part of Krav Maga Global, an international Krav Maga organization based in Israel and founded by the internationally-recognized Krav Maga Master Eyal Yanilov. KMG Japan applies the curriculum and teaching methodology developed by Eyal and his team of instructors from around the world. In addition, our Japan instructor has trained under Eyal and the KMG Global team, and, as per KMG standards, performs continuing education every year. As a school, KMG Japan aims to provide our students with quality instruction and a path of growth as a student of Krav Maga.
Krav Maga Global (KMG) is recognized as the single most professional and internationally active Krav Maga organization in the world, having earned the trust of security services and civilian practitioners alike. The KMG system of Krav Maga is known for its simplicity, efficiency, logic, and high standards of teaching.
KMG was officially established in 2010 by Eyal Yanilov as a professional organization that would provide greater support, knowledge, and training to its students and instructors. Currently, KMG operates a team of highly qualified instructors under the personal supervision of Eyal; they are the ‘Global Team’ responsible for delivering Krav Maga instructors education, exclusive workshops and specialist courses about personal self-defense and VIP protection, around the world. |

For civilian, KMG offers general personal self-defense training, women self-defense, Krav Maga for kids and third-party protection.
KMG has trained and certified military and law enforcement units worldwide, including the Israeli Defense Forces and Israeli police; the Swedish Armed Forces and SWAT teams; the London Metropolitan Police; Central and South American military protection units, criminal investigation units, and airport authorities; India’s Special Protection Group (equivalent of Secret Service); Australian air force units and law enforcement agencies; Hong Kong SWAT police; Singaporean military commandos, air marshals, Governmental Protection Unit, and law enforcement units; and agents from various US federal, state and local agencies, among many others.
KMG currently has schools and instructors in 60 countries around the world, including Australia, Argentina, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, UK, USA, Japan, and many more.

Eyal YanilovOne of the World's Most Respected Krav Maga ExpertsCurrently based in Israel, KMG's President and Head Instructor Eyal Yanilov studied Krav Maga under the personal tutelage of its founder, Imre "Imi" Lichtenfeld (also known as Imi Sde-Or in Hebrew). He has served as the Grandmaster’s closest assistant and foremost disciple since the early 1980s. Active in this field since 1973, Eyal is now its most senior instructor. He is the only individual who carries the highest grade ever given by Imi and holds the unique “Founder’s Diploma of Excellence.”
Read more about Eyal Yanilov... Imi LichtenfeldFounder of Krav MagaImi Sde-Or Lichtenfeld was born in 1910 in Budapest but grew up in Slovakia. Imi was a very athletic young man, practicing gymnastics, wrestling and boxing.
In the 1930s, the anti-semitic riots threatened the jewish people of Bratislava. As a young and athletic man, Imi decided to find a way to fight back his aggressors.
