Explanation about the different classes
Krav Maga Essential
In Krav Maga Essential Classes the technics we practice and the way of teaching is beginner oriented. Much time is spent on basic striking, simple strikes combination and practicing the basics technics of Krav Maga. In this class students will also practice defenses against all type of attacks, armed and non-armed, however more emphasize is put on understanding Krav Maga principles. This class is essential for beginners but also recommended to intermediary and advanced students who need/want to consolidate their foundation. Mouth guard and groin guard are required. This class is open for free trial.
Krav Maga Advanced Training
In Krav Maga Advanced Training Classes we practice more advanced technics, improve the quality of every move. In this class students will practice more advanced striking combination and defenses against all type of attacks, armed and non-armed. Beginners can attend this class as they wish but it is recommended that they attend Krav Maga Essential classes as well as much as possible to build good foundation. Mouth guard and groin guard are required. This class is open for free trial.
Striking / Sparring
These classes focuses on striking and striking combinations, defenses against strikes, fighting tactics and sparring. This is a very important class to improve students fighting skills and it is highly recommended for all student of P1 level and above. Mouth guard and groin guard are required. Additional protective equipment such as MMA gloves and shin guards are required to participate in this class. Prerequisite to join this class: Minimum 10 hours in Krav Maga Essential or Krav Maga Advanced Training classes and instructor's approval. This class is for Members only (not for visitor) and is not open for trial.
Technical Review
Technical Review Classes are specifically meant to prepare students to their next level testing. In this class students spread into groups according to their levels and practice together the technics that they need to know in order to be ready for their next test. This class is open to all students who want to prepare for level testing. This class is for Members only (not for visitor) and is not open for trial.
Protection / Advanced Weapon
In these classes we train mainly on technics links with protection: third party protection technics; technics to control the attacker; using the short baton (or expendable baton) to defend and protect. We also train more on advanced technics to defend against an aggressor who attacks or threats with weapons of all kinds (knife, firearm, stick and so on). Prerequisite to join this class: Minimum 10 hours in Krav Maga Essential or Krav Maga Advanced Training classes and instructor's approval. This class is for Members only (not for visitor) and is not open for trial.
