Saturday afternoon in Gakugei Daigaku studio. Here I am teaching a defense against a double hands wrist grab, and I am demonstrating a soft defense, that means a defense that doesn't use strikes or techniques that could create damages to the attacker. A soft defense (or soft response against an attack) can be used in situations when we feel that we are not really in danger and we estimate that it is not necessary to hurt the attacker: thus the objective is to release the grip and move away from the attacker.
