Terms of Participation to KMG Japan Seminars
Please read carefully
1- In order to provide effective seminars to all participants, participant must be at least 13 years old and has ability to do sports. Minor’s participation must be authorized by their parents.
2- If participant has any health problem that he/she knows about, he/she must consult a doctor and have his/her authorization for his/her sport activity.
3- Participant understands that all sports have risks, and knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with exercise and participation in such seminars, as well as use of location facilities, even if arising from the negligence of others, and assume full responsibility for his/her participation. During seminars, Participant must pay attention to his/her own safety and others’ in collaboration with instructors and other participants to maintain a safe training environment.
4- To maintain enjoyable training atmosphere, proper behavior must be observed at all times during the seminars. Participant must follow the instructions of the instructors. The following will result in expulsion: Refusal to abide by the instructors’ instruction; Property damage or vandalism; Dangerous behaviors to self or others.
5- In case of property lost or stolen in the studio, KMG Japan will not be responsible. Each participant must take the responsibility of his belongings.
6- Exclusion of Anti Social Forces: Participant is not a person who has fallen and shall not fall under any of the followings: a member of an organized crime group, a related company or association of an organized crime group, and any other equivalent person of the above.
Participants understand that this purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, without exceptions (moving, medical issue, accident, natural disaster, etc.)
